We offer pay as you go service. Our time and materials (T&M) contracts are available to most companies. We automatically enroll our clients who purchase any term service application or maintenance agreement like Antivirus subscriptions or Cisco SmartNet agreements into a T&M contract for their convenience.
Through our Preferred Partner Program we lower our clients hourly rate based on prepaid block hours that are good for one year. This is available to clients who we have already done business with or would like to move from a T&M contract over to a more established arrangement.
Our Managed Service agreements are one or two year terms that cover 100% of a specified service. Services range from server monitoring to virus and security protection. We provide you with a yearly cost based on your service needs and organizational structure and pledge to handle that service completely for one fixed price.
